How to make a reservation

When and how much money should I pay?

If you make your reservation by phone or e-mail, it will be answered within 24 hours. After receiving our confirmation and calculation of the amount due for reservation, you should pay a deposit of 30% of the total ammount within 2 working days. Within this period we will keep your reservation free of charge.
If you are making a booking in our office, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due should be paid when booking.
Full payment of booking - the remainder of the sum is paid within 10 days before departure date unless otherwise specified.

How to make a payment?

By bank transfer(Travel Solutions Bulgaris's bank accounts) - after receiving a bank transfer for the full amount of reservation within 4 working days we will send you will via e-mail or by courier all travel documents and payment.

Important: When paying with card a Bank transfer Fee is charged as follows:

* Please note, that there are specific reservations, where travel documents are issued a few days before the date of departure / eg airline tickets for group bookings and charter programs/. In such cases when payment is made we will issue mandatory payment documents / invoices, orders, revenue / and just before the trip you will receive the rest of the documents / vouchers, tickets/. Our company policy is to strive to minimize the these cases.

What kind of documents will I get and what are they used for?

When making a booking you will recieve
- Contract describing all booked services and terms and conditions
When making an advanced payment You will recieve:
- An invoice for the amount paid.
When making a final payment you will recieve.
- An invoice for the final amount paid.
- Voucher for the tourist services you have booked.
- a certificate for the Tour Operator's insurance "Tour Operator's Responcibility"'
